• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

• Install, configure, manage, and harden server & storage infrastructure (physical and virtual)

• Deploy and maintain Linux-based systems with Web, Database, Mail, DNS, and other enterprise services

• Manage cloud servers across multiple platforms

• Ensure server IAM, OS & application security, endpoint protection, DLP, and system access control

• Perform patch management, vulnerability remediation, and CIS-based hardening

• Integrate servers with monitoring platforms, XDR, SIEM, and SOAR tools and proactively monitor events

• Ensure backup, restoration, and disaster recovery readiness

• Handle incident, change, and problem management as per ITIL

• Provide Level-2 technical support for OS, server applications, antivirus, and system-related issues

• Maintain asset management for all servers and systems

• Coordinate with vendors for warranty, servicing, and support contracts

• Work closely with cross-functional teams; manage SLA & OLA

• Maintain documentation: processes, policies, SOP’s, build docs, project docs, issue & risk registers.
