• Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Good Understanding about Linux, Dns, Mail, NMS. MRTG Etc.
• Have experience in customer support or data network
• Educational qualifications will be relaxed considering the experience.
• Sound knowledge: Networking, Hardware, Mikrotik, CCNA, VM Servers
• Duty on Fridays/holidays if needed
• Fit to work long hours under pressure
• Disciplined, motivated, team player &
• Skills & Expertise: ISP

• Technical support (onsite/remote) for Internet & Networking, Service Usage and related issues.
• Configure & manage Routers, Switches, Cisco Juniper, Mikrotik & Multi Vendor OLT.
• Maintain Network & Communicate with Upstream.
• Manage technicians to bring up new links and to maintain existing links.
• Maintain documentation of Network diagram, task details, equipment, accessory details etc.
• Coordinate NOC & support team operations.
• Provide support to clients.
• Maintain network documentation & handle emergency outages.
