Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Surveyor to support our real estate projects. The candidate will conduct land and property surveys, prepare reports, and assist our team on a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
Conduct surveys of land and properties using modern surveying tools.
Prepare accurate layouts, maps and reports for residential and commercial projects.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers as needed.
Ensure compliance with legal and zoning regulations.
Maintain proper records of all survey activities.
