• 6-8 years’ experience required in relevant field

• Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues

• Must be capable of verify total station for survey

Candidates with Diploma Engineering from reputed polytechnic institutes will be given preference

Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference

Job Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of surveying activities for construction structure

• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.

• Topographic, geographic, GPS and landing survey

• Building Alignment and Monitoring Survey works, Horizontal and Vertical Survey Control checking for the entire project.
