• Diploma in Survey Technology from any reputed Government institution.

• Must have expertise to operate the total station, theodolite and level machine.

• Have a readable capacity of land related documents and knowing AutoCAD software.

• Should have patience to work under pressure.

• Good communication, interpersonal and liaison skills are mandatory.

• Assist to provide building layout, pile point layout, roof leveling etc.

• Assist Surveyor in setting out levels and coordinates as per drawing.

• Calculation of level for earth/sand filling.

• Operate total station, auto level, and GPS under supervision.

• Help in marking boundaries, foundation lines, and layout points.

• Support topographic, boundary and as-built surveys.

• Carry survey equipment and ensure its cleanliness and safety.

• Record field data and measurements accurately.

• Help prepare daily site sketches and field notes.

• Follow safety and PPE rules during survey activities.

• Report any site-level discrepancies to Surveyor or Site Engineer.
