- Need to review workplace recording footage to assess employees activity and ensure policy adherence
- Prepare accurate and timely surveillance reports based on findings from virtual monitoring
- Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in employee performance or processes
- Should have the mindset to work according to instructions and follow supervisory guidance
