Additional Requirements:
∎ Prior experience in factory/industrial surveillance roles is an advantage.
∎ Familiarity with CCTV operations and surveillance monitoring systems.
∎ Good observational skills with strong attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work in rotating shifts and handle emergency situations.
∎ Strong reporting and documentation skills.
∎ Basic knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor production floor activities and ensure smooth operation of machinery through CCTV surveillance.
∎ Keep track of machine functionality and identify any irregularities or potential malfunctions.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines by employees and workers.
∎ Identify unauthorized access, suspicious activities, and any potential security threats.
∎ Conduct routine inspections of the production floor, machinery, and restricted areas.
∎ Record and report incidents such as accidents, equipment failure, safety violations, and unauthorized access.
∎ Maintain surveillance logs and submit daily reports to the management.
∎ Observe production efficiency and identify any potential operational bottlenecks.
∎ Monitor raw material handling, ensuring no wastage or pilferage.
∎ Support management in analyzing surveillance data to improve operational processes.
∎ Report any deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).
∎ Act as a first responder in case of industrial accidents, machinery breakdowns, or security breaches.
∎ Notify relevant departments and authorities during emergencies.
∎ Work closely with production, HR, and security teams to ensure factory compliance.
∎ Report maintenance issues to the engineering department for immediate action.
∎ Ensure proper handling and protection of valuable factory assets.
∎ Detect and prevent internal theft or damage to machinery and raw materials.
∎ Monitor worker movement to prevent unauthorized material handling or theft.
∎ Ensure all surveillance activities comply with labor laws and industry standards.
∎ Duty Hours: Shifting Duty.
