Job Context:
∎ Penta Solutions Limited is a Business Process Outsourcing company in Bangladesh based in Dhaka (a concern of Penta Global Limited) having its registered office in Gulshan 2, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
∎ The Support Specialist position is Support to a foreign billing software and consulting company dedicated to delivering Predictive Analytics Software and Consulting Services to Mobile Network Operators.
∎ The role is internal and acts as a support to the customer facing account and support team.
∎ The Support specialist will be involved in new client implementation as well as setting up the client on our internal systems. Part of the job will be to validate client`s setup using advanced Excel sheet to ensure correct setup.
∎ The schedule for this position will vary and some work outside normal working hours must be expected due to client being situated all over the World (with different time-zones and holiday). Client support needs to be accessible for the clients on Saturdays and Sundays so some work must also be expected here.
∎ Normal working hour will follow the CET (Central European Time) time zone. Ideally starting between CET 07:00 - 09:00 hours (BDsT 11:00 AM - 01:00 PM) and ending between CET 16:00 - 18:00 hours (BDst 08:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
∎ The role could be performed as "Work From Home [WFH]" with an option to visit office once in a week for necessary work review and required support.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creation of and generation of standard customer reports based on data extracts in excel.
∎ Data entry of system configurations with a high level of quality.
∎ Implementing and maintaining new and existing client configurations.
∎ Loading test data for our clients and creating reports.
∎ Supporting front end support in data investigations, data retrieval in connection with issues, investigation and resolution of queries.
∎ Takes prompt corrective actions where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action to be taken.
∎ Regular feedback to front end client support on cases, queries and issue resolution.
∎ Identifying trends in queries and making suggestions on reducing time to generate reports.
∎ Escalation of any issues that may hinder Client Services from reaching agreed service levels.
∎ Updating client support cases.
∎ Communicate with the development, test and operations team regarding ongoing support issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Desire to be both a team player and an individual contributor
∎ Strong command in English both listening, understanding and delivery
∎ Advanced Excel knowledge and experience is must
∎ Candidates having strong understanding financial analytics will get preference
∎ Strong attention to detail and very quality oriented
∎ Minimum 3 year Technical Support experience
∎ Minimum 3 year of help desk operations experience
∎ Dependable, punctual and able to work independently
∎ Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems is a plus
