  • Preferred Qualification: Certification on CCNA may get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage different types of data and internet services.

  • Trouble Shooting of Wifi, Network Hardware & Software.

  • Must have practical knowledge to install and configure networking equipment`s like - router (MikroTiK), switches (CISCO, BDCOM), OLTs (VSOL, BDCOM, CDATA), OLT, ONU and wireless devices.

  • Knowledge of SOHO LAN, VPN and Internet connectivity products (Switch, Router, Firewall) & their installation, configuration, cabling.

  • Logging in, following up, and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system.

  • Provide Client & In-house technical Support.

  • Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.

  • Attending customers complains and queries through phone calls, emails, or other means
