Responsibilities & Context:
  • Perform network monitoring to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all network incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system.

  • Provide support to Customer for network-related issues and queries.

  • Having practical knowledge to install and configure networking router (MIKROTIK), switches (CISCO, BDCOM), OLTs (VSOL, BDCOM, C-DATA), and wireless devices is a must be.

  • Working with any kinds of Network Troubleshooting and Outages issues.

  • Manage GGC, FNA, IX Services, Traffic Queues & Scheduling.

  • Working with Different types of Switching Service (VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, STP, RSTP etc.) and GPON OLT, ONU etc.

  • ISP, IP Network, ISP operations, ISP related work
