∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE, ETE, ETC, Diploma in Engineering in CSE, EEE, ETE, ETC
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, MTCNA, JNCIA
∎ Skills Required: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), MTCNA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, Configure, Maintain & monitoring ISP Core Network.
∎ Configure, Maintain & monitoring of Different Brand OLT.
∎ Planning, Configure, Maintain & monitoring of Fiber optics Network with FTTX.
∎ Working with any kinds of Network Troubleshooting and Outages issues.
∎ Configuring and troubleshooting of PPPOE, RADIUS etc services.
∎ Manage GGC, FNA, IX Services, Traffic Queues & Scheduling.
∎ Working with Different types of Switching Service (VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, STP, RSTP etc.) and GPON OLT, ONU etc.
∎ CCNA/MTCNA course completed.
∎ 24x7 Monitoring bandwidth graph, log server, NMS software etc.
∎ 1st level Customer Support (Over Telephone).
∎ Working with Different types of Routing Protocols like Static, BGP, OSPF with Multiple Network.
∎ Supervising the NOC team, while working closely with other team, management and external vendors to achieve company’s goals.
∎ Collaborating with NOC and System Support Team to ensure efficient service of the company.
∎ Ensure Highest uptime of ISP service with maintaining SLA for all types customer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 18000 (Monthly)
