Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the promotion of our YouTube channel and individual videos to ensure they align with the company's overall marketing strategy.
∎ Conduct research regarding our target audience as well as the audiences of our competition, and optimize videos to ensure maximum views.
∎ Contribute to the preparation of policies to form a long-lasting digital association with consumers.
∎ Oversee channel business analytics, including reporting, analysis, and optimization.
∎ Manage digital marketing campaigns using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, YouTube, etc.
∎ Develop relevant content, publish in channels, and regularly maintain the channels to reach the company's target customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiar with YouTube SEO.
∎ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
∎ Familiar with the updated terms & conditions policy of YouTube.
∎ Excellent time management and project management skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and grasp of the English language.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
