∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Have experience in customer support or data network
∎ Strong knowledge in network various Router, Switch such as Mikrotik, Cisco, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face.
∎ Response promptly to customer inquiries complains.
∎ Monitoring total system as well as network traffic and maintaining network equipment.
∎ Provide support, identify problems root causes, provide solutions accordingly and keep Records details of inquiries
∎ Instant report to supervisor and key persons who are related in same working domain.
∎ Overall ensure reliability of Internet service for Customer.
