Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Diploma in Computer in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Certifications on ISP setup administration and monitoring, CCNA, MTCNA.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 20 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Have experience in customer support or data network.
• Strong knowledge in network various Router, Switch such as MikroTik, Cisco, etc.

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face.

• Response promptly to customer inquiries complains.

• Monitoring total system as well as network traffic and maintaining network equipment.

• Strong knowledge in network various Router, Switch such as Mikrotik, Cisco,etc.  

• Provide support, identify problems root causes, provide solutions accordingly and keep Records details of inquiries

• Instant report to supervisor and key persons who are related in same working domain.

• Overall ensure reliability of Internet service for Customer.

• Attend customer’s logical support.

• Overseeing the safe installation of hardware and cabling system.

• Performing regular checks on network hardware and software.

• Responding to networks alerts and hardware malfunctions.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors.

• Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports.

• Responding to user request and providing network training.

• Managing system backups and network security protocols.
