∎ Must B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering with 1 (One) Year Experience or Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering with 3 (Three) Year(s) Experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming calls from customers to responseto inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
∎ Technical support via telephone calls and emails
∎ Manage and resolve customer complaints
∎ Provide customers with product and service information
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues
∎ Route calls to appropriate resource
∎ Follow up where necessary
∎ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
∎ Complete call logs
∎ Produce call reports
∎ Willing to comply to any additional task.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge about basic networking.
∎ Fair knowledge about Router, Switch, AP and CCTV equipment.
∎ Proficient in relevant computer applications
∎ Language proficiency in Bangla and English
∎ Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
∎ Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
∎ Some experience in a call center or customer service environment
∎ Good data entry and typing skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
∎ Verbal and written communication skills
∎ Problem analysis and problem solving
∎ Organizational skills
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Judgment

∎ Team work
∎ Stress tolerance
∎ Willing to work on holidays if required.
