Responsibilities & Context:
  • Review, validate, and process time and expense information in accordance with established policies and timelines.

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of submitted records before final processing.

  • Identify discrepancies, missing information, or errors and take corrective action promptly.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve pay- and bill-related issues efficiently.

  • Communicate clearly in English with internal stakeholders to clarify submissions, resolve exceptions, and provide updates.

  • Send reminders and follow-ups to support timely submission of required information.

  • Review and process correction requests while ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

  • Perform audits, validations, and quality checks prior to finalizing payments.

  • Maintain detailed records and adhere to service-level agreements and turnaround times.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors when necessary.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Weekdays: 6 days in a week.

Job Conditions:

  • Weekend: 1 day in a week.

  • Work Schedule: Night Shift (8 PM to 7 AM).

  • Training Period: Initial 2 months.

  • Probation: 4 months after Training.

  • Employment Status: Full Time

  • Workplace: Work at office



Job Other Benifits:
    • Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly).

    • As the final candidate, Salary will be BDT 25,000 after you finish 6 months of work.

    • The breakdown is given below 10,000 BDT (Monthly) for first two months.

    • Training Period 18,000 BDT (Monthly) for the next four-months. Probationary period 25,000 BDT (Monthly) after getting permanent.
