Education:

Additional Requirements:
  • Advanced certifications such as APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) are preferred.

  • CIPS (Chartered Institution of Procurement and Supply) and also PGD in Supply Chain Management.

  • Proven track record of managing inventory levels and implementing cost-saving strategies.

  • Understanding on S&OP and S&OE.

  • Outstanding communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems for planning and scheduling activities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlines.

  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for supplier audits or operational reviews.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term supply plans to align with demand forecasts.

  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock while optimizing storage costs.

  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, timely deliveries, and compliance with contracts.

  • Prepare detailed reports on supply chain performance metrics such as forecast accuracy and vendor scorecards.

  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Use ERP systems to manage production schedules, inventory levels, and procurement processes.
