Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and manage the entire supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, logistics, planning, and warehouse.
- Develop effective supply chain strategies ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Planning, and Commercial teams to ensure material availability.
- Oversee vendor selection, evaluation, and performance management.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs based on production plans.
- Ensure smooth import & export processes in coordination with the commercial team.
- Optimize warehouse and transport operations for efficient supply flow.
- Maintain updated records of materials, suppliers, logistics partners, and shipment status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and buyer requirements.
- Implement ERP systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
