∎ Engineering Degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Owns all testing approval for fabric
∎ Create fabric technical specifications to meet Target quality standards
∎ Owns the fabric development through bulk production
∎ Provides support and technical expertise as needed to vendor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient technical knowledge of yarn spinning and processing, weaving and knitting process, fabric dyeing, printing and finishing .
∎ Knowledge in the manufacture of cut and sew product.
∎ Strong problem solving skills and creative thinking skills
∎ Strong collaboration and partnership skills
∎ Strong project management skills
∎ Semi-proficient in reading and writing in English
∎ Product manufacturing experience or background in preferred
∎ Experience in working with US designers/retailers
∎ Well versed in US culture, consumer and product category for American consumer
