Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Look after the design jobs for world-class fashion products with high knowledge of European & US/Canadian markets.
∎ Supervise a team to ensure the timely and successful design of products in line with the customers’ requirements.
∎ Plan and carry out design functions in a way that ensures solid profitability and helps Increase the Company’s market share and value.
∎ Researching the latest fashion directions & trends in the market and competitor activities.
∎ Provide support to key personnel involved in the production of knit/woven fabric, drawing and cutting patterns, and constructing samples for finished garments.
∎ Assembling seasonal forecasts and creating designs to feed the demand.
∎ Supervise a team to identify design target markets, looking at factors such as age, gender, and socioeconomic status.
∎ Advise the team to review fashion magazines and manuals to gather information about fashion trends.
