∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Have sound knowledge regarding housekeeping and documentation.
∎ Woven experience required specially Jeans / Bottoms
∎ Overall Quality concern in washing knowledge and experience must be required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check and monitor all over the quality of a large washing plant.
∎ Managing washing control process of wet & dry process.
∎ Ensure that safety, quality & maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job.
∎ Follow up and maintain the exact quality passing based on the standard of both (wet, Dyeing and dry) section.
∎ Monitoring quality control performance by gathering relevant production data & producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
∎ Call the quality people every morning and brief them regarding quality get the report from them.
∎ Identify the root-cause and action plans against any kind of quality-related issues.
∎ Find out the problem of the various problems and rectify with the discussion of General Manager – Wash.
∎ Follow up on the proper system of all processes of dry and wet, dyeing.
∎ Provide the proper instruction when it is the new style or buyer.
∎ Prepare the quality plan for both shifts and manage to achieve that.
∎ Discuss with Merchandiser regarding quality and get information and instruction from him to get ultimate quality.
∎ Keep ready, the team to achieve the ultimate stratification of Buyer.
∎ Support the factory in providing a comprehensive quality control service to the washing department from Sampling to Final Inspection.
∎ Implement and sustain the Quality Management System in the washing plant.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
