Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL), is looking for some competent candidates for the Position of "Supervisor- Transport" at Hazaribagh, South Keraniganj, Dhaka.

The talent we are looking for will be the following experience:

• Supervising and Managing Staff: This includes scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring the performance of drivers and other transportation personnel.

• Training and Development: Supervisors may be involved in training new drivers and ensuring that all staff are up-to-date on procedures and regulations.

• Managing Operations: They oversee the daily operations of transportation, including coordinating routes, managing schedules, and handling freight logistics.

• Maintaining Equipment and Facilities: This involves ensuring that vehicles and other transportation equipment are in good working order and that facilities are properly maintained.

• Ensuring Compliance: Transportation supervisors must be knowledgeable about and ensure compliance with all relevant transportation laws, regulations, and safety standards.

• Optimizing Transportation: This includes finding ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize routes.
