Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security Officer, Security Supervisor
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report to the Security Officer and receives verbal and written direction and instructions.
∎ Establish high-quality security system for company, arranging and monitoring the security guard's job, protecting company assets safety, personnel safety and information safety properly.
∎ Ensure responsible person completes renewal of equipment's with expiry dates and in working condition from a compliance perspective.
∎ Ensure periodical inspection of all equipment related to fire and safety and report.
∎ Track all the tools, small machineries, equipment, that has taken out of factory with authorized gate pass must be till it return in factory. Send weekly & monthly report to concern persons.
∎ Establish a high-quality security system, the value of protecting company assets, personnel safety, and information safety and guarantee company's business running smoothly.
∎ Develop perfect department rules and working procedure, for the purpose to provide the specific guideline to department member, make sure every work follows the rules as well.
∎ Use modern security tools to improve security guard's work efficiency and performance.
∎ Approve subordinates leave, resignation and punishment.
∎ Monitor the electronic surveillance equipment used on the premises.
∎ Maintain key control and personnel control to restricted area.
∎ Conduct periodic fire drill and evacuation procedures
∎ Ensure compliance regarding the percentage of fire-fighting team is as prescribed by law.
∎ Prepare a planned training calendar for security and implement

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Security, Security In charge.
∎ Possess reasonable command of English both spoken and written.
∎ Able to set priorities and routine task.
∎ Optimistic, confident and friendly by nature.
∎ Willing to learn and build up career by accepting responsibilities on all aspects.
∎ Energetic, Sincere, Hard worker and Dutiful.
∎ Capable to sustain lasting interpersonal relationship.
∎ Presentation and facilitation skill for conducting training, workshop, and seminar.
∎ Capacity to liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including government
∎ Knowledge about C-TPAT and compliance audit.
∎ Knowledge fire safety management.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 19000 (Monthly)
