Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Report to the Security Officer and receives verbal and written direction and instructions.
∎ Establish high-quality security system for company, arranging and monitoring the security guard's job, protecting company assets safety, personnel safety and information safety properly.
∎ Ensure responsible person completes renewal of equipment's with expiry dates and in working condition from a compliance perspective.
∎ Ensure periodical inspection of all equipment related to fire and safety and report.
∎ Track all the tools, small machineries, equipment, that has taken out of factory with authorized gate pass must be till it return in factory. Send weekly & monthly report to concern persons.
∎ Develop perfect department rules and working procedure, for the purpose to provide the specific guideline to department member, make sure every work follows the rules as well.
∎ Use modern security tools to improve security guard's work efficiency and performance.
∎ Approve subordinates leave and resignation.
∎ Monitor the electronic surveillance equipment used on the premises.
∎ Maintain key control and personnel control to restricted area.
∎ Ensure compliance regarding the percentage of fire-fighting team is as prescribed by law.
∎ Prepare a planned training calendar for security and implement
∎ The Security Supervisor is responsible for managing security functions of any shift including supervision of security guard forces, ensuring security of physical resources and provide improvement insights to reporting lines along with periodic functional reports.
∎ Report to the Security Officer and receives verbal and written direction and instructions.
∎ Establish high-quality security system for company, arranging and monitoring the security guard's job, protecting company assets safety, personnel safety and information safety properly.
