∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain clean cool room by following periodically disinfectant protocol.
∎ Verify the quantity and condition and also ensure the egg temperature from every flock.
∎ Prepare the in pass for the receiving quantity and send the same to the line manager.
∎ Ensure the required workers, floor space and required equipment before the egg receipt.
∎ Ensure the egg are stored in the lay date wise and flock wise in the cool room.
∎ Ensure Bin card on the eggs with the required details.
∎ Ensure the temperature and RH% is in recommended level in cool room and record periodically.
∎ Ensure the equipment and instrument maintenance scheduleds are followed in coordination with the maintenance person.
∎ Communicate the setting eggs details to workers and ensure the work is carried out properly by the workers.
∎ Verify the cleanliness and condition of the trays, trolleys and setting machines before egg setting.
∎ Allocating chicks according to the capacity of the vehicle.
∎ Co- ordinate the Chicks Delivery Boy for smooth dispatching of chicks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong business understanding.
∎ Must be target oriented.
∎ Must have strong communication and convincing Skills.
∎ Willingness to work at anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Should have good skill in MS Excel and Word.
