∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, Delivery and Dispatch Process, Distribution management, Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries

Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Oversees daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
∎ -Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
∎ -Ensure that team maintains high level of competence, service delivery and operational excellence.
∎ -Establish daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
∎ -Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity.
∎ -Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers.
∎ -Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ -Experience of working on a delivery supervisor or other similar position (Working experience of Adhesive plant's is preferable).
