Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to channeling graduates towards employment or training or higher education.
∎ Liaison with potential employers, educational institutions and training/vocational centers.
∎ Maintaining database and close communication with all current graduates and to-be graduates of Friendship Education Programme (respective assigned area).
∎ Tracking current career path of all graduates (respective assigned area).
∎ Preparing need analysis (potential career plan) of the graduates.
∎ Support to tracking scholarship and sponsor opportunities available around the world and managing them for Friendship graduates.
∎ Preparing yearly and monthly work plan.
∎ Visit schools, students and Friendship graduate at field level.
∎ Communicate with guardian, SMC members, community leaders, local Govt. school teacher and officials.
∎ Support to prepare training and students grooming module/schedule and facilitate training/orientation session and meeting as and when required.
∎ Ensure to update relevant all documents and prepare reports timely.
∎ Regular reporting to respective Manager.
∎ Keep liaison with other programme staffs.
∎ Any task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Strong communication skill
∎ Computer skill (MS Excel and Word is compulsory)
∎ Physical fitness for regular field visit
