• Production Management: Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets are achieved.

• Worker Supervision: Monitor operators, helpers, and floor staff to ensure discipline and efficiency.

• Quality Control: Check that garments meet required quality standards before moving to the next process.

• Line Balancing: Arrange workers and machines efficiently to maintain a smooth workflow.

• Training & Guidance: Provide instructions and on-the-job training to workers for better performance.

• Problem-Solving: Handle production issues (machine breakdown, manpower shortage, quality defects) quickly.

• Reporting: Prepare daily production reports and submit to the production manager.

• Coordination: Communicate with mechanics, quality controllers, and management to ensure smooth operations.

• Workplace Safety: Ensure workers follow safety rules and maintain a clean production floor.

• Motivation & Discipline: Encourage workers to achieve productivity goals while maintaining discipline.
