Inspection & Monitoring

• Inspect raw materials, fabrics, trims, and accessories before production.

• Monitor in-line production to ensure quality standards are followed.

• Conduct final inspection of finished garments before shipment.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, technical packs, and approved samples.

• Maintain AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards during inspections.

• Check measurements, stitching, and finishing, labeling, and packaging accuracy.

Problem Identification & Solution

• Identify defects (stains, wrong stitching, color variation, loose threads, etc.).

• Report quality issues to supervisors/production managers.

• Provide corrective action suggestions to prevent recurring issues.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and daily quality logs.

• Share findings with management and recommend improvements.

Coordination

• Work closely with production, merchandising, and QA teams.

• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure problems are solved.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure garments meet international quality and safety standards.

• Adhere to buyer’s Code of Conduct and factory SOPs.
