Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any of the Government recognized Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform preventive maintenance routines, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks on the mechanical equipment to ensure their efficient operation.
∎ Inspect mechanical systems and equipment to identify any mechanical deficiencies and recommend corrective action.
∎ Prepare and maintain detailed records of the maintenance activities undertaken.
∎ Coordinate with the production department to ensure minimal disruption of production schedules during maintenance activities.
∎ Provide technical support on mechanical systems and equipment to other members of the maintenance team.
∎ Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment for conducting maintenance activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard practices during maintenance activities.
∎ Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance plan to ensure the proper functioning of all mechanical systems and equipment.
∎ Assist in the installation of new mechanical systems and equipment as required.
∎ Troubleshoot and diagnose the causes of mechanical problems and recommend corrective action.
∎ Act as a liaison with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication channels for any mechanical issues.
∎ Train and mentor junior members of the maintenance team.
∎ Candidates will be given preference with proven successful track experience of at least 5 years in similar field in reputed organizations with 40 to 50 Ton production capacity per day
∎ To perform any other jobs as and when assigned by Top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
∎ Strong technical and mechanical skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other departments.
∎ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali languages.
∎ Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and practices.
∎ Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office and CAD software.
∎ Should have leadership quality with technical & professional approach in leading the team.
∎ Candidates will be given preference with proven successful track experience of at least 5 years in similar field in reputed organizations with 40 to 50 Ton production capacity per day.
