Salary: Tk. 120000 - 160000 (Monthly)

Experience:

1. Production Operations

• Monitor daily knitting, dyeing, and finishing production activities.

• Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning and shipment schedule.

• Coordinate with production teams for smooth workflow and batch execution.

• Follow up fabric delivery status and production bottlenecks.

• Ensure maximum machine utilization and operational efficiency.

2. Dyeing & Finishing Monitoring

• Supervise dyeing and finishing processes to ensure required quality standards.

• Monitor shade matching, GSM, shrinkage, spirality, skewness, and fabric appearance.

• Reduce reprocess, shade variation, and fabric defects.

• Ensure proper process parameter control during production.

3. Fabric Quality Control

• Coordinate with QA and Lab teams for fabric approval and bulk quality assurance.

• Monitor inline and final fabric inspection reports.

• Take corrective actions against fabric quality issues.

• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and CAP implementation.

4. Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Garments, and Supply Chain departments.

• Monitor greige fabric flow, dyeing schedules, and finishing plans.

• Ensure fabric readiness as per T&A plan.

• Follow up pending lots and hold quantities.

5. Cost & Wastage Control

• Monitor chemical, dyestuff, steam, gas, electricity, and water consumption.

• Support initiatives to reduce fabric wastage and process loss.

• Ensure proper utilization of yarn, dyes, and chemicals.

• Monitor re-dyeing and re-finishing costs.

6. ERP & Reporting

• Ensure real-time ERP/system data entry and production updates.

• Prepare daily production, rejection, efficiency, and pending reports.

• Analyze operational data and submit reports to management.

• Maintain production and quality documentation.

7. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and factory SOPs.

• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and chemical handling standards.

• Coordinate with Compliance and EHS teams during audits.

• Ensure safe operational practices in all sections.

8. Team Supervision

• Supervise production, quality, and planning teams.

• Ensure discipline and accountability among subordinates.

• Support skill development and training initiatives.

• Monitor departmental KPIs and performance.
