Responsibilities & Context:
Perform repair and maintenance of water pumps, geysers, weighing scales, power tools, gas stoves, and related equipment at customer sites.
Receive, attend to, and investigate market complaints related to AKIJ UPVC pipes and fittings.
Diagnose technical issues and carry out troubleshooting to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Maintain accurate service reports and proper documentation of all work performed.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and quality requirements at all times.
Replace faulty parts, coils, and other components as necessary.
Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers.
