Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering/ Computer science/ Information Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure, install and maintain IT infrastructure and switch, router, firewalls, CCTV, Wi-Fi Network, IP Addressing and Sub-netting, Ethernet, IP Routing, Static Routing, Firewall and Proxy server.
∎ Completely responsible for Setup and Managing Network and Data Security System.
∎ Basic networking Knowledge.
∎ Must be familiar with any relational database like Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.
∎ Ensure the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services, email provision and ensure the security of data from internal and external unauthorized access
∎ Should have clear concept and knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi network.
∎ Capable of setting CCTV System & Network, Computer Systems & Network.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ Ensure the Organization's ERP smooth and seamless operations align with business process management.
∎ Establish and maintain sound backup and data recovery policies and procedures.
∎ Company user's mail configuration in Microsoft outlook & web mail etc.
∎ Effective data management & service and ensure statutory compliance of all IT services/systems.
∎ Collaborate with other Division/Department to provide technical supports to enhance efficiencies within their area.
∎ Monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation is running smoothly.
∎ Overseeing company websites, domain control panel and hosting panel server including administration.
∎ Testing and evaluating new technology.
∎ Any other IT related job assigned by the management.

∎ Must know computer operating system both in English and Bangla.
