Responsibilities & Context:

Education:

  • University Students.

  • Bachelor In any Discipline (IT, Civil)

  • Who is looking for Internship opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Administration duties.

  • Customer service duties with international clientele.

  • Ability to calm and control a situation.

  • Minimum of 1 years’ previous experience in a training organization is preferred but not necessary.

  • Must have own Laptop or device.

  • Skills & Competencies

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, especially with students using English as a second language.

    • Clear speaking skills.

    • High IQ including knowing when to use calmness and when to initiate and continue energy.

    • Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs.

    • Ability to manage many students (customers) at one time whether providing individualized support or implementing groups activities/tasks.

    • Competence in using online platform like Zoom.

    • Strong skills and ability to work well autonomously and as a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations

    • Assist students and work with personnel in accordance to organizational policies and procedures.

    • Represent Global professionally and with respect to all stakeholders including students.

    • Use tools and resources efficiently and effectively.

    • Implement all instructions and tasks as requested.

    • Communicate issues with your Manager.

    • Provide reports as needed to authorize personnel.

    • Participate in the learning and continuous improvement of this job position.

    • Ensure your continuous improvement of details, accuracy and efficiency to meet KPIs of this job position.

    • Provide feedback for improvements to systems and resources when identified.

    • You will be monitored for performance and student support satisfaction.

  • Student Support

    • Support students through their learning journey via live online session facilitation.

    • Provide students with guidance completing assessments regularly and on time.

    • Provide due dates and encourage submissions and re-submissions.

    • Address concerns/challenges as authorized to and report outcomes daily in live shared spreadsheets.

    • Escalate concerns/challenges if required depending on urgency and risk.

    •  Encourage participation and attendance. (Even if the student needs to just sit and get work/assessments done)

  • Compliance

    • Collect and provide information a requested.

    • Ensure your practices remain compliant with global laws, such as privacy, deformation, IP theft and management, business best practices, etc.  (Visit iso.org for more information)

    • Implement all organizational policies and procedures as required for your position, including the completing of necessary reports and record keeping.

    • Participate as needed and when requested with validations.

    • Keep up to date with industry developments and raise necessary changes with your Manager. Moderate resources when and as requested.
