NextGen Media Academy (NGMA) is a premier media training institute specializing in professional courses like News Presentation, Reporting, and Digital Marketing. We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented Counselling Officer for our Badda Branch to guide prospective students and drive admissions.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide detailed information about various courses, modules, and career prospects to walk-in students and guardians.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, and manage queries from social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp).
Maintain a database of prospective leads and perform regular follow-ups to convert them into admissions.
Meet monthly admission targets and contribute to the growth of the academy.
Manage the complete admission process, including documentation and fee collection.
Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
