Job Context:

NextGen Media Academy (NGMA) is a premier media training institute specializing in professional courses like News Presentation, Reporting, and Digital Marketing. We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented Counselling Officer for our Badda Branch to guide prospective students and drive admissions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed information about various courses, modules, and career prospects to walk-in students and guardians.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, and manage queries from social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp).

  • Maintain a database of prospective leads and perform regular follow-ups to convert them into admissions.

  • Meet monthly admission targets and contribute to the growth of the academy.

  • Manage the complete admission process, including documentation and fee collection.

  • Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
