• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering
• Graduate from any reputed university

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in structural design & detailing
• Fresh graduates with good technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Structural Design Firm, Consultancy, Real Estate Developer, or Construction Company
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, and Staad Pro
• Sound knowledge in manual design calculation and BNBC / ACI / ASCE codes
• Ability to prepare structural drawings, design reports, and perform load analysis
• Must be responsible, deadline-oriented, and capable of working under short project durations
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC buildings/Steel Structure and foundation systems.
• Prepare and review design calculations, structural drawings, and BOQ.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams.
• Assist in site supervision, quality control, and ensuring compliance with design intent.
• Maintain design standards as per BNBC, ACI, and ASCE.
