Experience:

• 1 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch)  
• B. Arch (Graduate from any reputed university)

• 1 to 3 years

• Age 18 to 40 years

Experience·      

• 1 to 3 years practical experience·  
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply· 
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer, Real Estate Startup.

Additional Requirements·       

• Priority will be given to IAB members.·       
•  Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop and V-Ray.
• Creativity, responsibility and the ability to work within deadlines.·  
•  Good Communication Skill

• Preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, concept designs, and detailed drawings.
• Creating 3D visualizations, presentations, and renderings.
•  Maintaining close coordination with Structural, MEP, and Interior teams.
• Conducting site inspections, design supervision, and ensuring quality control.
• Managing client meetings, presentations, and project follow-ups.
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes, BNBC, RAJUK regulations, and IAB standards.
