Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling store & dispatch working in Tally Software.
∎ Must be working in a manufacturing plant.
∎ Very good in Excel, MS Office is Essential.
∎ Have good knowledge on inventory management, tracking on issuing of material as per FIFO Method.
∎ Maintain rental machine register both soft copy and hard copy.
∎ Maintain fixed asset register and Asset Movement register as per challan
∎ To receive the materials supplied by the vendor as per the purchase order placed by the Purchase Department.
∎ Keep all the records in the ledger books against receive, the daily issue as well as balance. Update senior management on the critical stock.
∎ Involving in preparing weekly and monthly stock reports based on items.
∎ Separate deadstock, return non-confirmed goods. Keep quality records of the goods.
∎ To organize the materials category-wise and stock them in the appropriate locations.
∎ Periodical stock verification and ensure the correctness of stock at all times.
∎ To follow safety procedures for ensuring safety materials and men working in stores.
∎ To maintain housekeeping of stores.
∎ To issue materials to the departments as per the requisitions and schedule.
∎ To pass the bills of the materials received from the vendor and send it to the Accounts department for payment along with GRN.
∎ Any other task assigned by Department Head as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
