Applied Chemistry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates be must have working experience in H&M Garments Testing & Chemical Physically.
∎ Well-known about ETP Operation & Maintain Necessary Documents.
∎ Must be Well aware of 2DHC/ MRSL/ RSL of H&M and other Buyers.
∎ Managing whole laboratory activities of the Company according to SOP and International standard;
∎ Responsible for supervising the overall daily operations of soft-line & Chemical/analytical testing;
∎ Develop testing team through training material and arrange relevant assessment;
∎ Carry out scheduled calibration of equipment or instrument;
∎ Develop the laboratory for establishing current customers Lab accreditation & carry out yearly
∎ scheduled renewal accreditation of different customers and provide technical training to Lab
∎ Personnel based on international Test standards and buyer specific in house test method;
∎ Following up in-house tests keeping liaison with production, fabric & merchant team and technical
∎ team for development in tests;
∎ Carry out scheduled quality assurance procedures for washing, colorfastness & chemical testing;
∎ Update the fabric team regarding the order wise report analysis data;
∎ Monitoring strictly product failure cause analysis;
∎ Directly support to the Company Merchandisers & Suppliers regarding technical briefing and quality
∎ related matter;
∎ Making regular plan for extended facilities of testing for the benefit of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates are having minimum 8 years work experience with washing site & H&M wash
∎ requirements fulfill.
∎ work experience preferably in a textiles lab, dye house, print house, dye stuff company or similar
∎ position in a supplier or representative office.
∎ Color technicians must have superior color vision
∎ Pedagogic skills
∎ Knowledge of production processes and practical factory operation
∎ Counselor approach
∎ Systematic and analytical
∎ Confident and decisive
∎ Solution oriented and positive practical problem solver
∎ Written and spoken English
