Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advanced knowledge of Wave Solder as AOI, re-flow profiling, printing (DEK), Conformal Coat,
∎ and/or SMT equipment programming (i.e. JUKI, Brother, MyData, Siemens, Fuji, Panasonic,
∎ Universal machines) Considered process expert on a minimum of one equipment set.
∎ Knowledge of electric circuit boards, processors, chips, and computer hardware and software,
∎ including applications and programming
∎ Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulics, optics, mechanical and electrical technologies
∎ Extensive knowledge of preventative equipment maintenance and trouble shooting.
∎ Significant experience with assembly prints, BOMs and other technical data
∎ Ability to generate or adapt equipment and technology to serve user needs
∎ Ability to determine what is causing an operating error and what to do about it
∎ Able to work in a fast paced environment with quickly changing priorities to ensure superior buyer
∎ satisfaction
∎ Capable of generating machine programs and refining existing programs for multiple equipment
∎ sets: SMT, THT, conformal coat, etc.
∎ Support everyday production on the line: program & maintain machines and troubleshoot defects
∎ Research and select technical reference information pertinent to specific assignments
∎ Recommend and implement engineering changes and improvements
∎ Monitor and maintain equipment to meet standards
∎ Interact with manufacturing and engineering employees on a daily basis to ensure product
∎ specifications are met
∎ Develop and maintain preventive maintenance procedures for each machine
∎ Train, evaluate and support others in SMT, THT and conformal coating standards and identify best
∎ practices
∎ Implement and verify engineering changes, update all documentation, software, etc
∎ Install, repair, relocate and/or troubleshoot equipment at component level
∎ Equipment installation, relocation and interface with customer support to resolve equipment issues
∎ and down time.
∎ Generate parts libraries for the machine
∎ Other related duties or projects as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 6 years SMT manufacturing technician experience
∎ Proficient computer skills required
∎ Ability to read, write and otherwise communicate effectively in English required
