• Age 25 to 40 years

• 5 - 7 years practical experience in a Green Ship Yard or organization.

• Knowledge of modern inventory management system and inventory software

• Knowledge and experience in Green Ship Yard warehouse will be added advantage

• Good computer skills specially in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

• Proficient in Store and inventory work

We are looking for interested candidates as Store Officer for newly established Green Ship Yard who has initiative, experience in following sector, drive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.

Employment Status: Full-time

Job Responsibility:

• Maintain inventory records and documentations for inflow and outflow of materials.

• Ensure timely issuance of spares / raw materials as per approved requisition.

• Should know when the stock is about to finish and report to the corresponding department about it.

• Enlisting materials incoming and keeping record of outgoing in physical register as well as computerized software (ERP).

• Periodical inspection of the product listed.

• Every month do stocks check (End of month) and make report to Accounts Department.

• To arranging every product and kept nicely.

• Arrange for finished products delivery from factory & gate pass preparation.

• Regularly check stock position and re-order level. Send requisition to Procurement / Commercial Department considering safety stock.

• Submit monthly stock report on overall inventory

• Ensure the cleanliness and security of the store.

• He will be responsible for the stock showed in the register and software

• Salary Review: Yearly

• Festival Bonus: 2
