Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ensuring proper maintenance & operation of stores in factories and responsible for planning, developing and implementing all over material control activities regarding central warehouse, accessories store, fabrics..
∎ • Receiving store materials, accessories from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approval document.
∎ • Unpacks and examines incoming accessories to verify quality and condition of goods for conformance to specifications, including counting.
∎ • Distributing store materials, fabrics, accessories to production floor as per requisition.
∎ • Ensuring bin card in all store and sub store room.
∎ • Ensuring all receive and distribution of store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ • Maintaining proper records.
∎ • Supervising all stores operational issues and uphold the safety of the store house.
∎ • Ensuring to make order reconciliation and submit report to the management.
∎ • Ensuring all receive and delivery of materials are properly recorded and documented properly.
∎ • Preparing report -monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly according to inventory flow movement and submit to Proper authority.
∎ • Leading, guiding and follow-up all other store persons for smooth functioning of store dept.
∎ • Maintaining buyer COC and Compliance.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
