Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in engineering/ accounting/ supply chain management or a related field.
∎ Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a five-star hotel.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Knowledge of accounting principles and budget management.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
∎ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain the hotel's inventory of supplies and equipment.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and negotiate favorable terms.
∎ Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
∎ Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and anticipate supply needs.
∎ Work closely with the engineering and accounting departments to track expenses and manage budgets.
∎ Implement efficient inventory management practices to minimize waste and optimize costs.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Train and supervise junior staff members as needed.
