Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and monitor store-related administrative activities.
∎ Maintain records and registers as per buyers.
∎ Monitoring and Controlling monthly Inventory accordingly, Participates in physical Inventories by counting stock.
∎ Ensure a smooth supply of materials to the floor.
∎ Supervising and supporting the activities of Store staff,
∎ Maintain Inventory by using the software.
∎ Monitor daily/ weekly/ monthly stock statements of the designated floor.
∎ All Purchase requisition Follow up.
∎ Overseeing storage of surplus inventory by using a warehouse management system.
∎ Maintain Inventory management with the proper accounting system.
∎ Delivery of all exported goods.
∎ Coach, mentor and develop the team dedicated to inventory management, logistics, planning, and purchasing to achieve organizational effectiveness and professional development.
∎ Ensure to maintain all required documents properly such as; gate pass, all types of challan, invoice, test standard, certificate, etc.
∎ Provide the required support and help all team members to perform their activities perfectly.
∎ Monitoring the housekeeping and safety issues of the entire storage area.
∎ Goods rcvd-issued properly maintain & delivery should be SRIN wise.
∎ Ensuring most of the materials are issuing FIFO/LIFO system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6 to 8 years running store of a woven garments factory and handling Garments Accessories, Trims, Fabric etc including inventory.
∎ Must be computer literate and well conversant with Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
