Job Responsibilities:
∎ • The candidate should be technically sound in Woven Garments commercial & supply chain process to prepare day to day export documentations.
∎ • Able to work under pressure with long working hours.
∎ • Computer literate and experienced working in ERP software.
∎ • Should have integrity and personal credibility, ability to think strategically.
∎ • Maintain solid liaison with merchandising department about export lead time, shipments schedule, buyers' requirement etc.
∎ • Should be a team player to express performances within a vast working platform of 50+ lines factory.
∎ • Must have skills in examining and establishing proper commercial operations and procedures.
∎ • Should have solid idea to complete all the job on buyer(s) system regarding shipment.
∎ • Experienced about report submission regarding monthly shipment and export cluster.
∎ • Hand on experiences about checking & control of PI, Invoices, Packing List or other related documents for exporting/import of goods/services.
∎ • Must be a team player on custom handling, export clearance or process documentation.
∎ • Have sound knowledge of C&F, customs bond rules & export regulations etc. Regular monitoring & tracking various stages of Export as well as payment follow-up to resolve issues with contracts and commercial operations.
