• 3+ years of experience in warehouse/store management, preferably in the energy industry.

• Proficient in inventory management software.

• Inventory Management: Oversee daily stock levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely replenishment of goods. Maintaining FIFO LIFO and all day-to-day stock register.

• Stock Control: Conduct regular audits, monitor stock movement, and minimize wastage or discrepancies.

• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.

• Team Management: Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transporters.

• Quality Control: Ensure that products are stored under appropriate conditions and adhere to safety standards.

• Reporting: Prepare inventory reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve warehouse efficiency.

• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
