Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, Code and Review software for complex applications and interfaces, lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality code, and mentor other developers.
∎ Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, documents and deliverables.
∎ Work effectively in an Agile environment collaborating with internal and external teams.
∎ Contribute to product vision and roadmap by bringing innovation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced knowledge and working experience in Python and preferably Django.
∎ Advance knowledge and working experience in CSS, JS, JQuery and in one of the following JS frameworks: React, Node, vue, Angular.
∎ Proficient with high level, complex and optimized SQL.
∎ Proficient in MySQL, PostgreSQL and preferably NoSQL(Mongo/Dynamo/else).
∎ Advanced knowledge of CI/CD and Containerization.
∎ Good knowledge on Server, Web Server and DB administration.
∎ Typical blabberings of ORM, OOP, GIT, Testing, Algorithms and Problem Solving etc.
∎ Ability and willingness for rapid context switching.
∎ Has a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
∎ Has no boundary when it comes to tech stacks and open to learn new technologies as needed.
∎ Perform damage control when needed.
∎ Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 75000 (Monthly)
