Responsibilities & Context:

ACI Motors is looking for an experienced service professional to ensure after-sales service, spare parts support, customer satisfaction, and service revenue achievement for Agricultural Machinery in the assigned Area/Territory. Major Responsibilities are -

  • Monitor and coordinate regional service team to ensure quality after-sales service.

  • Evaluate team performance and allocate territory based on product population and expertise.

  • Distribute service, revenue, and spare parts budget among team members and dealers.

  • Plan and execute strategies to achieve service, revenue, and spare parts targets.

  • Develop and coach service personnel on technical, soft skills, apps, and attitude.

  • Analyze product failures, verify warranty claims, and prepare quality reports.

  • Improve customer and field-force satisfaction through regular field visits.

  • Develop and monitor secondary service networks, workshops, technicians, and dealers.

  • Plan and supervise service promotional activities.

  • Collect competitor service information and share monthly reports with headquarters.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.

  • Support sales and recovery activities as required.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
