    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Management (MBM)


Requirements:

Skills Required: RSC,Social Compliance and Sustainability.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure implementation of Compliance in a Woven garments factory.

  • Responsible to make and implement Company HR & Compliance policies as per local law and different buyer's codes of conduct.

  • Carry out regular Compliance Audit in the Business Unit and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation, and provide reports thereof.

  • Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG/Textile sector in Bangladesh.

  • Support audits and inspections, including BWB, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, GOTS, C-TPAT, OCS, RCS GRS, etc., and assessments of environmental, technical, and social compliance.

  • Assist in developing factories according to RSC (ACCORD & ALLIANCE) standards (fire safety, building safety, electrical safety) and ensure regular follow-up.

  • Lead worker participation committees, anti-harassment committees, and ensure healthy labor–management relations.

  • Have to monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.

  • Regular recruitment activities and make some sound labor management Have to Perform Compliance audits at factories.

  • Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills on Compliance affairs.

  • Monitor workplace safety, fire safety, health, hygiene, and environmental compliance.

  • Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation, etc.

  • Provide training for workers and staff on compliance, safety, and company policies..

  • Any other job assigned by the head of the department/Management.
