Export and import, Export Documentation, export sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main Focus on Export Network Development
∎ To develop export market
∎ To explore new export territories
∎ Meet & negotiate new buyers
∎ Source new buyers for expanding business
∎ Price negotiation based on buyer's expectation.
∎ Weight calculation of FIBC based on buyer quotation & offer competitive price.
∎ Prepare schedule of monthly container dispatch and communicate with buyer and production team.
∎ Monitor quality issues and arrange pre-shipment inspection.
∎ Communicate with the commercial team about Profitability Index, Sales contract, Invoice and packing list status.
∎ Consistently communicate with production team about order and production issues.
∎ Responsible for achieving sales target.
∎ Make liaise with regulatory and operations departments to better coordinate product life cycle management in international markets
∎ Take responsibility and track exports forecasts, shipments and trends
∎ Responsible for proper & submit monthly, quarterly and annual report to the management for necessary action
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to experience in export department.
∎ Proficiency in English and Computer literacy (MS OFFICE) is mandatory.
∎ Strong Selling and negotiating power.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge and efficiency to communicate with foreign clients.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 55000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Age at least 35-40 years
Preference will be given to experience in export department.
Proficiency in English and Computer literacy (MS OFFICE) is mandatory.
Strong Selling and negotiating power.
Should have adequate knowledge and efficiency to communicate with foreign clients.
